Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Zombie Love Video, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Zombie Love Video turns a couple photo, or two solo photos, into a cartoon zombie preview and, if you choose, a five-second vertical video. Templates are Zombie Hug, Zombie Love Story, and Zombie Pet.

Each account can make up to 3 free watermarked photo previews. A preview is a still image, not a video.

Credits and Refunds

The credit pack is 10 credits for $6.99. One credit makes one five-second vertical (9:16) video with no watermark.

If a video you paid for with a credit fails, that credit is returned automatically. You can try again with the returned credit. Free previews are not charged a credit. We may pause generation when the video provider is unavailable; in that case no new credit is taken.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. We may keep checkout closed while we verify the service.

Your Photos

You must have the right to upload every photo you submit. Do not upload photos of someone who has not agreed, and do not upload illegal content. We send photos to our AI providers only to make the preview or video you requested. See the Privacy Policy for how long photos are kept.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, or infringe someone else's rights.
• Try to access another person's account, videos, or credits.
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Upload malware, or use the service to harm someone.

Accounts

You are responsible for your sign-in and for what happens under your account. The three free previews are counted per email address and are not reset by deleting the account.

Intellectual Property

You keep the rights you already have in photos you upload. You may download videos we generate for you and use them for personal sharing. The site, name, and software stay ours.

Termination

You may close your account in settings. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. Closing an account does not restore free previews that were already used.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for a video that a model renders differently than you expected. If a charged video fails, the remedy is the automatic credit refund described above.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page is the date of the latest version.
