Introduction

Zombie Love Video ("we") turns couple photos into short cartoon zombie videos. This policy explains what we collect, how long we keep photos, and which companies process them for us.

Information We Collect

1. Account Information — Your name, email address, and the password or sign-in provider you use to create an account.
2. Photos You Upload — One or two photos you choose for a preview or video. See "Photos You Upload" below.
3. Usage Data — Which templates you pick, whether a preview or video finished, and similar product events. These records include your account id and the template name. They do not include your email address or the photo itself.
4. Device Information — Device type, operating system, and browser type, used to keep the site working.
5. Cookies — Small files that remember your language, sign-in session, and cookie choice.
6. Payment Information — Checkout is handled by Stripe. We store the order amount, currency, credit grant, and Stripe's payment reference. We do not store full card numbers.

Photos You Upload

We use your photos for one thing only: making the zombie previews and videos you ask for. We don't sell your photos, and we don't use them to train our own models.

How Long We Keep Photos

Your photos and videos stay in your account so you can find them again in My Videos. If you delete your account, we'll delete your files from our servers within 30 days. You can also email hello@zombielovevideo.com and we'll remove them for you. Free previews are counted by email address, so deleting your account doesn't reset your 3 free previews.

AI Processing and Service Providers

We work with a few trusted services to run the site: fal.ai creates your zombie images and videos. Copies of your photo and video may also be stored by fal.ai under fal's own data retention policy. Stripe handles payments. We never see or store your full card number. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores your files.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide previews, videos, and the My Videos list.
• Charge the credit pack and grant or return credits.
• Send technical notices and answer support mail.
• Detect fraud, abuse, and provider outages.

Data Security

We use access controls and encryption in transit. No internet service is perfectly secure. Payment card data stays with Stripe.

Your Rights

You can access or update your account in settings, and you can ask us to delete your photos and generated files. Email hello@zombielovevideo.com. We will delete stored image and video files from our servers within 30 days of that request. Job records are removed when the account itself is deleted.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page is the date of the latest version.
